Hilton Group Introduces Two Hotel Brands in China, with First Stores in Hong Kong and Chengdu

On May 24, Hilton announced the introduction of two unique brands in Greater China: Motto by Hilton, a lifestyle brand, and Signia by Hilton, a premium full-service hotel brand, with the first hotels in Hong Kong and Chengdu respectively. With the introduction of these two brands, Hilton's portfolio of hotels in China has expanded to 12 brands, including luxury, full-service and selective-service brands, offering a wide range of choices for owners and guests. Motto by Hilton, positioned as a city hotel brand in the lifestyle category, aims to help travelers integrate into local life. Five hotels have opened globally, in New York and Philadelphia in the United States and Rotterdam in the Netherlands, with another 20 hotels in the pipeline. The Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo in Hong Kong is being developed by Favorable Group Limited and is expected to open in 2024. ,Signia by Hilton, a new hotel brand, currently has five hotels in operation and in the pipeline globally in the US cities of Orlando, San Jose, Indianapolis, Atlanta and Chengdu, China. Each hotel offers a superior wellness experience with state-of-the-art health and wellness amenities ranging from infinity pools to high-end spas, fitness classes and equipment, incorporating high-end technology and design into every aspect of the guest experience.
